S. Scott Lusher

Scott has over twenty (29) years of experience in the Pension and Employee Benefits field with a unique perspective. Scott has been on both sides of the equation, having been a consultant for most of his career, and also having solid experience in Human Resources/Personnel. This unique perspective has proven useful in developing methods, procedures and applications with efficiencies for both the firm and the client.

He has extensive experience in the design, implementation and administration of qualified retirement plans, as well as the development of custom software applications for the administration of employee benefit plans and other human resources programs.

Kelly J. Moen

Kelly has over twelve (21) years of experience in the Qualified Retirement Plan field. Kelly earned the Qualified Plan Administrator designation through the American Society of Pension Actuaries and is working towards the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of Business. Kelly has a degree in Mathematics from the University at Albany and continues to tutor high school and college level students. Kelly is also an accomplished musician.
